Our stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. Every member of the team made us feel genuinely welcome, and the level of hospitality exceeded our expectations.
A special thank you to Shyma, Taher, Jameel, and Salim for their outstanding service, professionalism, and warm attitude. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and memorable stay.
We would also like to recognize Sara from the restaurant reservations team, who was incredibly helpful and made arranging our dining experiences effortless. A special mention as well to Bahishak at Bait Al Bahr restaurant for the exceptional service and wonderful dining experience.
Thank you to the entire team for making our visit so enjoyable. We truly had a fantastic stay and look forward to returning again soon. Highly recommended!
