Mashallah the stay was very excellent, I truly enjoyed with my family.
Everything was clean and perfect, the staff in reception were very cooperative and friendly.
Special thanks to the receptionist Joan for her nice treatment towards us.
DanaNice but not a 5-star experience
The bed is comfortable and the rooms are spacious. I asked for a room on a higher floor and they gave it to me without problems.
Also, they provided international check-out at two hours.
The view from the room is beautiful, but the windows are damaged as they are not sealed.
I rate the breakfast 7 out of 10.
The room had a sewer smell. I expected it to go away but it got worse at night.
The shower leaks while bathing.
The shower in the bathroom was fine during the day but at night I found it leaking a lot on the floor.
If you like darkness when sleeping, you will be very disturbed. The fire detectors' lights are frequent and strong. It didn't let me sleep and the curtain lets light in. I called them at dawn to cover the eyes, they said it's not possible.
The pool depth is only one and a half meters.
The coffee I ordered came in two types. It tasted bad and the cappuccino tasted like frothed cream.
It's good to verify during checkout that they didn't lose our bags. We waited for them an hour until they arrived at the room!!
