I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests and making me feel valued as a guest. Their excellent service definitely contributed to a positive experience.
The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was relaxing and enjoyable.
I had a wonderful stay and would gladly recommend this hotel to others. The friendly and accommodating staff, comfortable rooms, and great service made for an excellent experience.
I just want to make one suggestion for improvement would be to install refillable body wash, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers attached near the shower area instead of providing small individual bottles. During my stay, I noticed the shampoo appeared to have been partially used and then left for the next guest. For hygiene and guest comfort, it would be preferable to provide either brand-new sealed toiletries or wall-mounted dispensers that are regularly refilled and maintained.
