Please refund my money. I am not staying there because there are no facilities like Wi-Fi, hot water, hygiene, etc.
But all the things were mentioned online.
The receptionist guy told me to cancel my booking when I arrived because of the lack of facilities.
But they have not refunded me yet. 🥹
