The cleaning service was good on the first day. However, on the fourth and fifth day, the room was not cleaned despite reporting it to reception.

Receptionist was not friendly, the place was difficult to reach by taxi from the Haram, no buses available at the time I was there. The food in the restaurant was not good and they asked for compensation for a broken item in the bathroom before my arrival. Honestly, I was truly surprised and disappointed by them.
The girl asked for a room overlooking the mountain, but she got a room overlooking the bathroom and the hotel was empty. She left after Hajj as there was nothing to do at that time.
I was really shocked by the treatment despite the hotel being well-built. However, the service and food were below expectations.
