The reception was uncooperative.
Also, the check-in process was very delayed.

أبوLuxurious and quiet accommodation
I took an executive suite, very spacious and soundproof, with a hall for celebrations in the hotel. However, we can't hear anything. Their breakfast is abundant, diverse, and very generous. They are very attentive and strive for your satisfaction. The hotel has 14 elevators, 8 in the front, and 6 in the back, connected to the parking lot on two complete floors. There is a barber, grocery store, and laundry behind the hotel directly, just two steps away. And the Qatar Foundation mosque is nearby. Transportation to the Haram is available by buses, but I prefer the taxi for 20 riyals. I get off under the western courtyard opposite the Tawheed Hotel because the bus drops you off in a crowded place, until you reach the expansion apartment for seniors. Of course, this is my second experience, and we will repeat it.
There is no deliberate error from them as they are human. Imperfections are natural, but during my two stays among them for 4 months, nothing has changed for me.
