AbdullahHad a wonderful stay at the hotel and easy transportation to and from the Haram.
The staff member's treatment was excellent, the receptionist's behavior was more than wonderful in her response to the hotel guests.

Room is fine, we opted for the dinner package, unfortunately the dinner was very disappointing, nothing good, it feels like being in a holiday camp canteen
Shuttle system to Haram is extremely disappointing and painful, with a stopover and waiting in the sun, you have to get off the bus and wait for the connection to Haram
Very narrow shower cabin with a nylon shower curtain that sticks to the body when showering
