The cleaning service was good on the first day. However, on the fourth and fifth day, the room was not cleaned despite reporting it at reception.

The reception staff were rude and the place was difficult to reach even with a ticket from the sanctuary. There were no buses at the time I was there. The food was not good, and they asked me for compensation after handing over the room and leaving for a broken item in the bathroom before my arrival. Honestly, I was really surprised by them.
The girl asked for a room with a mountain view but got a room with a bathroom view, and the hotel was empty. She left after the pilgrimage as there was nothing to do.
I was really shocked by the treatment despite the hotel being well-built. However, the service and food were very poor.
