Close to the hotel location from the Haram

Difficulty reaching the hotel with many closed roads, and also the parking attendant wanted us to come back and enter from another gate due to the difficulty of reaching the hotel

I was quite disappointed with my stay. I expected much better from a 5-star Marriott. Rooms were not clean, and service was lacking.

The location and breakfast were good.

The room was not clean at all. The duvet had stains on it, and the bathroom wasn't clean.

Bad stay, not recommend staying at this hotel.

1- I booked a 3-night stay at this hotel for an amount exceeding 7000 SAR with breakfast for 3 rooms. Two rooms with two beds and one room with three beds. When we arrived to receive the rooms, the staff gave us 3 rooms, each with 2 beds. We booked a room with 3 beds. He said if you want a room with 3 beds, it will be in another tower. It doesn't make sense; I live in one tower and my children in another tower. He told me I will get you a bed in another tower. I said fine, but return to me the price difference between a room with 2 beds and a room with 3 beds, around 600 SAR.

Rejected, I told him it's not your right to hold me accountable for a triple room when you gave me a double room. He said I'll give you a discount the next time.

2- They gave us a double room and it was filthy. The carpet was torn. You can see the pictures. And the bathroom was dirty.

3- The rooms that I booked for nonsmokers were filled with the smell of cigarettes. We almost choked from the smell of smoke in the hallway. We spoke to them more than once to remove the smell, but in vain.

4- When you don't eat inside your room and place the trash outside the room to have a fresh smell inside, all the food remains stay there the whole day. No one removes it even though the cleaning staff pass by to clean the rooms. You can see the pictures.

5- Unfortunately, the breakfast was limited to some dishes, and they closed the nearby tables from the windows. Why? Because the staff told me they don't have workers to serve people.

6- I do not recommend staying at the hotel because of their unfair treatment of people, not clarifying the room locations inside the hotel, lack of respect for people's desires and feelings, despite being in the purest places near the Kaaba.

When we arrived to collect the rooms, the staff gave us 3 rooms, each room with 2 beds. We booked a room with 3 beds and he said if you want a room with 3 beds, it will be in another tower. I told him it doesn't make sense for me to stay in one tower and my children in another tower. He said he will get another bed for me in the same tower. Ok, he returned to me with a price difference of around 600 SAR.

Refused and told him it's not your right to hold me accountable for a triple room and you gave me a double room. He said by your request, I can lower it for you a second time.

2- They gave us a double room and it was very dirty. The carpet was ripped, as you can see in the photos, and the bathroom was dirty.

3- The rooms I booked were for non-smokers, but we felt suffocated from the smell of cigarettes in the corridor. We talked to them more than once to fix the smell, but without benefit.

4- When you don't eat inside your room and you place the garbage outside the room to have a better smell inside, all the leftovers stay a whole day untouched despite the cleaning staff passing by to clean the rooms.

5- Unfortunately, breakfast was limited to some items, and they closed tables near the windows. When I asked why, the staff told me they don't have workers to serve the guests.

6- I do not recommend staying at the hotel due to their unfair treatment of people, lack of clarity about room conditions within the hotel, lack of respect for people's desires and feelings, even though they are in the purest places and close to the Kaaba.
