AbdulazizPerfect spiritual trip, ruined by poor staff attitude.
Everything is nice and clean, very close to Al Haram with easy access, spacious lobby, and rooms.
The staff have a very poor attitude, especially the receptionist. For a simple question that I asked, he immediately showed resentment. He did not even explain the room distribution and then gave me a twin bed for me and my wife even though we booked a king bed. My advice is to not let the receptionist take over the conversation because they have the attitude of distracting you, then they will make changes according to their intentions.
