The staff's attitude was very poor, unprofessional, and disrespectful. I struggled with them in everything and regretted coming as they do not know how to deal with people. My stress level was high as no one was attentive. It was exhausting, and unfortunately, the hotel management did not address my concerns about their bad service.

The place is beautiful and has a beautiful location, but there are some things to look into such as the workers removing the luggage are bad and their number is few, also the frequency of transportation is slow.

The workers handling luggage are very bad and it takes around 40 minutes per hour. One day half-load and half-walk, and the bus frequency is much delayed, more than half an hour wait.
