FatimhGreat hotel
Great and clean hotel, comfortable for stay, with reasonable prices. It has shuttle service to the Holy Mosque. Everything was impressive, worth experiencing again.
EimadMore effort is needed to be made
My concerns are about maintenance and operation; the number of technical staff is few compared to the size of the hotel and its requirements. Most TVs, phones, and water heaters have very simple problems but no one fixes them.
As for customer complaints, the way of communication between reception staff and the relevant technician or employee is solely based on group chats and WhatsApp.
There is no supervision on the completion of tasks or customer satisfaction
