During our stay at the Saadi Hotel in Mashhad, we faced no issues inside the hotel or our suite room. It was clean and well-located for accessing the city center and the shrine, with newly furnished and tidy decor. Most of the food was tasty, though the koobideh was quite poor; overall, the experience was satisfactory for the price we paid.
The quality of the food was average, especially the koobideh, which was really bad.
