Delay in room delivery
A great hotel, but the reception was poor and there was a delay in delivering the rooms.

Compared to other five-star hotels, its services were somewhat less.
RezaThe staff was nice.
The air conditioning system was broken, and we had to open the window for ventilation. It was either very cold or very hot. We stayed there for three nights and it was very cold.
Variety of breakfast could be better.
No basic items in the room, and we had to request them like soap or shampoo.
Not suitable for a family with kids.
The quality of morning items was poor.
The price does not match the quality and services of the hotel.
