Excellent

We had a great time.

The staff is welcoming, always with a smile and not intrusive.

Food in large quantities, perhaps a bit repetitive.

All-inclusive drinks, available all the time.

We really enjoyed the two evenings with Egyptian dishes, prepared on the spot. Delightful.

The structure is directly on the reef, which can be accessed through the jetty or the beach, with specific and controlled entrances, to preserve the coral reef (which is very suffering due to climate change and a bad sandstorm in 2024).

The sea is rich in fish of different species.

Among these, you can encounter resident turtles, the dugong, lionfish, guitar sharks, stingrays, mantas, moray eels, and many reef fish.

Admirable sustainability policy they carry out, one of the main reasons why we chose it, and confirmed it in person.

There is a certified Padi diving center, offering various excursions and managed by competent and non-intrusive staff.

Wonderful holiday

Although the first impression left me a bit perplexed because there are many apartments in a small space, I must say that I changed my mind almost immediately. The apartments are well designed to provide privacy to everyone and each has their own balcony, but the overall experience is one of great relaxation and close contact with the sea. The sunrise in the August mornings is stunning. The food is very rich, with a lot of choices. For us Italians, some adaptability may be needed, but not too much. The staff is always very kind and helpful, we lacked nothing and it was a beautiful holiday. Those looking for entertainment would be better off going elsewhere; here it's only peace and sea, turtles grazing, and if you're lucky, a dugong grazing too.

There is nothing in my customer experience that 'I didn't like'. Two things could be improved: offering better air conditioning control (although changing the systems is not trivial). But above all, work could be done on the sustainability of the structure; there is really no need to change all the towels every day, and even though there are water refill stations to limit plastic, I think with some adjustments it could be done better (for example, the water refill stations are not very visible and we didn't quite understand them for the first two days).

Food can be improved because it is repetitive and not top-notch for an Italian, improve the seasoning of the pasta, maybe a basil pesto every now and then.

WiFi only in 2 areas of the resort and not even that fast.
