The rooms are very clean. Cleaning is done every day. Towels etc. are changed.
Markets are close. You can stay here and swim in different coves. No need to rush for lunch. Go to the cove you want in the morning.

The amenities were excellent and the children had a lovely time
During the last 3 nights of our stay, the Friday foam party for the children was cancelled on 31 October due to a local event that lasted late into the night. The music was so loud that our 4 children were unable to sleep.
Sally from the hotel suggested that our family relocate to the sister hotel, as she anticipated that Grand Aquarium would be very crowded and the children would probably not enjoy their evening due to lack of seating.
This resulted in the same problem occurring the following evening, forcing us once again to find alternatives for the night.
The lack of adequate compensation made it a significant inconvenience for us.
We expect some form of compensation for the inconvenience caused by the issues mentioned above. We are extremely disappointed, especially as this was a family vacation with children.

NickDisappointing treatment of guests
The property was peaceful and lovely until the unexpected 2-day staff party with over 250 attendees.
All sun loungers were taken away, all amenities were restricted to paying guests, including the restaurant.
Completely unacceptable, I will not return.
The beds were very uncomfortable.
