I would like to thank Professor Khaled Abdulnaser for his great cooperation and interest in us, he was always very helpful, respectful, and provided us with all the necessary assistance with great hospitality and eagerness to provide us with the best possible experience. Indeed, a person worthy of thanks and appreciation, having people with such a polite attitude makes the hotel experience much more beautiful,

From the first day, we didn't like the room, he changed it for us and let us choose what we liked. Daily he passed by with the cleaning staff and asked and checked, he did an excellent job, May God reward him with the highest goodness and bless his parents. Honestly, he was the only one who helped us in the hotel, otherwise, we wouldn't have stayed at the hotel because no one else served us a lot.

The room is not spacious for five people, very tight.

When we contacted the reception or room service, there was no response, except that we were waiting for Professor Khaled. May God reward him.
