The hotel is very close to the Holy Mosque and all the staff were very cooperative.

The key factor was the location. The lifts were not too crowded. The staff, especially Reda, Minarol, Ahmed Jamal and Haris, were very friendly and helpful. The team provided extensive support throughout the stay. The breakfast variety was good and of high quality.
Although the check-in time was as per policy, an assurance was given that it would be arranged earlier. One surprising aspect was being asked to pay an additional cost for a spoon in the room, which was quite unexpected. Despite these issues, we still recommend staying at the hotel.
