The air conditioning was not working on the 14th floor and it was quite hot despite lodging a complaint; it was not repaired.

The hotel is beautiful and clean and has all the guest's needs.
The staff are uncooperative + there is no reservation system at all + a staff member opened the door of our room at night and when we talked to the staff, the employee said the staff didn't walk with us on the cameras, the service is bad and I can't think of staying there again because of the treatment.
