KhanStaff were good but I encountered this problem
The staff was cooperative, the Bangli People's.
The key was not opening my room door, I always needed to activate my card at the reception whenever I came from outside to my room. During the check-out time, it got stuck and even the card activation did not work. At this point, I raised my voice, explaining that I had a flight to catch and needed to get to the airport. The staff called an assistant to open the door for me, but it took approximately 40 minutes.
