Must install a permanent solution for elevator necessity

The location is excellent, close to the ladies' gate, approximately in the second block, first row

The room without any amenities was booked for a quadruple room, and when requesting toothbrushes, they only gave me 2, saying that only 2 are allowed per room! How is it not allowed more when I booked a quadruple room for four people?! Evaluate this situation as it is unfair. Only 2 bottles of water and cups of tea, coffee, and sugar. The room service gave me toothpaste as a donation, it was as if it was a charity, and told me not to tell anyone about it

The check-in process was itself a mess, it took a full hour to check in with a crowded and uncomfortable lobby with no available chairs to sit on. The people were very frustrated, and this is natural when you only have 2 receptionists at a massive hotel receiving a huge number of visitors. They should hire more staff, especially during busy seasons like Eid al-Adha

The elevators were a nightmare, you can't imagine what the elevators were like. By Allah, during the prayer times, you could wait for 40 minutes just to go up or downstairs, even though there are 4 elevators, but the huge number of rooms is overwhelming
