How far it was from the Haram, as well as the non-refundable policy even if you've had flight issues

The service is excellent and very fast in response, but the problem is that the bathroom has a bad smell. Frankly, I expect better cleanliness in terms of a clean bathroom, comfortable sleeping area, and reception.
