The hotel is close to Al-Masjid an-Nabawi and the workers and reception staff provide excellent service. The rooms are clean. I recommend it.

A-Z in hotel hospitality. 3rd Floor, Morning Duty, Male Housekeeper, has replenished water and tea bags supplies. Reception Staff: special mention to Ms. Tasneem for her exceptional daily phone calls to tend to any service requirements. Overall, we are grateful and satisfied.
The Reception Area lacks essential back cushions on a few sofa chairs, which have very large seats. We request the consideration of twin beds for couples, as single beds cause frequent sliding and discomfort when getting up and getting in, especially for couples of average weight.
