Clean and tastefully decorated, with excellent service. May God bless it.
My baby daughter was tired, but as soon as we entered the room, the hospitality staff were quick to help and made us feel comfortable. They were very understanding and sent us extra blankets immediately.
While we were praying the Dhuhr prayer, we requested the room to be cleaned. When we returned from the prayer, we found it clean and immaculate.
They provided water and tea.
Honestly, I wish every time I come to this city, I stay at this amazing hotel.

The location is excellent, very close to the haram, and on the Rawdah side. Housekeeping services are very good, and Nauman provided excellent services. The restaurant on the M floor is reasonably priced and Taha and Alaa are very accommodating.
They only have three elevators and sometimes you have to wait for a long time.
