This is my second visit to this excellent hotel, and it has officially become my first choice and preferred option in every visit to the radiant city.
The location is exceptional, just steps away from the Prophet's Mosque yards.
The cleanliness and spiritual atmosphere in the sanctuary make the stay unforgettable.
Many thanks and appreciation to Mrs. Shahad for her dedication to booking follow-up and her meticulous attention to the smallest details; she provided us with a complimentary booking upgrade including breakfast throughout our stay, along with furnishing the room with luxurious service befitting five stars, including decorating the beds with natural roses, innovative decorations on towels, alongside hospitality with fruits, dates, coffee, and sweets.
I greatly look forward to expressing my utmost admiration for the housekeeping department, led by Mr. Nizar Al Harbi, for his exceptional efforts and direct supervision in preparing and arranging the room with the highest degree of precision and organization.
A luxurious stay by all standards, and I highly recommend it for anyone seeking comfort and excellent hospitality.
