Everything was so pleasant. Particularly the front desk staff.
My room was on the top floor and in intense heat there was no cold water in the shower. I didn't mind, but it is something that could have improved our stay a bit.

Excellent clean and close to Al-Nabawi Mosque

Very nice, clean and spacious room. Excellent customer service. Fahad Alharbi at reception desk was extremely helpful. Approximately 10-minute walk to Al Haram. Check-in time was 4pm and we arrived at 7am but they allowed us to check in early at an additional cost.
Couldn't find any faults with the hotel as long as you are willing to walk a bit to Al Haram.
