Too expensive during Ramadan period, small room.

The only positive aspect at this price is the close proximity to Masjid Al-Nabawi.
The bathroom was in poor condition. The staff were unresponsive and impolite. Moreover, they charged 30 SAR for parking in their basement.

Due to some maintenance activities, this hotel moved us to another hotel "Elite Emar", a superb and high-class hotel very close to the Haram.
Due to Eid, there was a large crowd, causing a delay in check-in at 6:30 pm.
