Fantastic structure, a happy island, an Eden surrounded by a completely different world just outside the entrance gate. Beautiful pools, especially the infinity one reserved for adults. Beautiful view of the Nile. Impeccably kept greenery. Varied and good quality breakfast. Very attentive and friendly service staff.
Dinner at the Olive restaurant does not meet expectations. The lady at the reception desk was rather cold and apathetic... absurd to wait half an hour in a 5-star hotel, without even a glass of water as a gesture of courtesy.
