For us, having a spacious suite with a kitchen was fantastic. I couldn't find anything comparable for the same price elsewhere. Being able to cook for ourselves really helped us save on our expenses.
The team were exceptional - they were quick to assist us with any problems we encountered. Incredibly helpful.
The pool is fantastic! Plus, it's within walking distance from the beach.
There were no cloths or washing-up liquid provided for dishwashing, and the wifi was unreliable.

The rooms are very dirty and smelly, especially with a sharp and persistent damp smell that has permeated everywhere

There is potential, but...
Repellent outdated repair, the kettle wasn't working - replaced immediately, the gas wasn't connected - connected immediately, the TV wasn't working - didn't have enough strength to deal with it. The internet is repellent. At night, the dog peed by the door. Stale smell from the kitchen furniture. There was a lot of incomprehensible dust in the room.
