Definitely not a recommendation. We would never come back.

⭐ 1 Star – a nightmare, never again!
For me and my family, this stay was simply a nightmare. This hotel has absolutely nothing to do with a 5-star hotel for us.
Strong sewage smell everywhere – in the lobby, on the corridors, in the elevators, and also on the beach. The smell at the beach was sometimes so bad that it was hard to stay there. According to our perception, even the municipal order was on-site.
The hygiene throughout the hotel was catastrophic: dirty floors, elevators, corridors, and an unkempt lobby. Our room was also completely unacceptable – cockroaches, hairs, dirt, stains, and insects in the shower. Bed sheets and pillowcases were dirty.
The food was also a big disappointment. Very limited choice and not at all what we expect from a 5-star all-inclusive hotel.
The worst part: Nobody felt responsible. The hotel was not reachable by phone or email, and we did not receive proper assistance.
We had tried to cancel before arrival due to the poor reviews. Unfortunately, we were not helped enough. Our fears were confirmed on-site.
I am deeply disappointed that Booking.com offers such an accommodation as a 5-star hotel. It was a very bad experience for us.

Not recommended in the off-season unless you only want to stay overnight. Actually a bit too expensive for that purpose.

The hotel is located right by the sea. From the pool, you can walk down to the water via a staircase. Great view of the beautiful bay from the balcony! Some staff members were very friendly and professional.
The hotel was overall quite neglected and relatively dirty (maybe due to the off-season?). The nicely located restaurant on the upper floor was closed. Instead, there was a restaurant in a relatively musty basement room. On the first morning, we went to have breakfast around 9 o'clock. The buffet and the entire dining room looked like a wild horde had already gone through there. Trash was everywhere, and french fries were floating in the honey. None of the staff felt responsible for changing that. On the morning of our departure, the hotel manager appeared at our table and asked us, under his watchful eyes, to leave a rating. He had already preemptively typed in the first stars himself.
The hotel is relatively far outside. On the first evening, we couldn't find a restaurant within walking distance except for McDonald's (maybe due to the off-season). However, by car, you can quickly reach the nice city center of Kusadasi.
