The receptionist, Mr. Sukev, is excellent, and the housekeeping staff, Mr. Ali, is also polite. Overall, the hotel staff is polite and humble.

The staff at the front desk were friendly.
The property doesn't resemble the pictures, and the street it's on is very noisy. The room requires maintenance, and the wifi was unreliable.

Very compact and crowded layout. The lobby is extremely small, rooms are even smaller. Space is limited for placing and opening your luggage. I reserved a single bed room, however, it is acceptable for the price and a brief emergency stay.

Disappointed - Do not recommend to anyone. Did not refund our deposit money back.
They did not return our deposit money because we used the towel to have dinner. It can be easily washable but they refused to give the deposit back.
Secondly, the room does not have any soundproof system, you will hear bike rev sound all day and night.
The AC is directed toward the bed, so you can not turn on the AC with comfort because it's a few meters away from the bed.
No handwash in the toilet. Only shower shampoo.
No water served.
