The air conditioning in the room was not cold at all. I slept at night sweating as the room felt so hot. It's not the first time I experienced this. I stayed at this hotel a few times and had the same issue every time. So disappointed knowing that it is a 5-star rated hotel.

The room, scenery, and location are very strategic for those visiting Putrajaya
I suggest to increase the variety of dishes in the buffet breakfast. Because most sections and food only repeat the same dishes as other sections.
