Location was perfect. Close to Petronas Twin Towers and many other attractions. Breakfast was good.

I asked for early check-in because I have kids and they were tired from traveling. They told me only at 3:00 PM, but what I know it's mentioned at 2:00 PM. The staff was not helpful at all. Even at the other front desk of the hotel, they were rude when I asked for help with the bags. While checking out in the early morning at 6:00 AM, there was no staff at the front desk. I had to search for him. I asked them to bring my luggage, and they were late by 15 minutes while my driver was waiting. This will be my last stay in this property.

The front staff Orna was excellent. I informed him that we were celebrating my friend's birthday and he arranged for a slice of cake and mouse and delivered it to the room.
The air conditioning could not swing.
