Location and room size
The breakfast could be enhanced slightly. Additionally, the cleanliness of the room, specifically the wall paint and furniture, needs improvement.

Most likely due to the location only.
The room I got had a large chipped wooden bed frame, low ceiling with a beam across the bed. I was given a layout room that is a little strange for a standard room compared to other standard rooms. It was smaller and cramped. I asked for a different standard room but was denied due to unavailability. The staff member kept insisting it was the same as other rooms when it clearly wasn't. To make matters worse, the water heater wasn't working that day.
