The rooms are clean and provide everything you need generously.
Terrible staff. I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights, then I wanted to extend for one more night and made another booking. I requested to stay in the same room without changing. They said I would have to make an additional payment. The next day when I went to pay for the room, they informed me that I had to vacate it and that no additional payment could be made. Moreover, I had to check out by 12:00, so I had to wait until 15:00, which completely disrupted my plans. Additionally, the staff was extremely impolite. Another issue is regarding breakfast - if possible, opt out of having breakfast at the hotel for sure.

Friendly staff and modern, comfortable rooms. Close to very good and affordable restaurants. However, the view from the room of the Petronas Towers is spectacular.
They have almost no options for a Western breakfast. They gave us a room without hand soap or bath gel, and the room was not very clean.
A bit far from the city center, and with the traffic, it's hard to get there.
