The friendly staff
The breakfast -
MichelleComfortable room with en suite bathroom and beautiful city view.
All of the staff, especially the concierge from Nepal, were kind and helpful. I extended my stay by an additional three days.
The breakfast was disappointing. There were no alternative milk options available, and in this day and age, there should be a choice of soy or almond milk. This is the reason I couldn't enjoy my coffee in the morning. Additionally, the breakfast I ordered was not tasty. The sausages were undercooked, and the soft boiled egg did not come with toast or a small spoon.

The hotel room was satisfactory and the staff were extremely accommodating.
The location is quite secluded, contrary to what was advertised on Tripadvisor.
