The location is close to everything you need like restaurants, markets, malls, meaning you don't need a taxi.
Room cleaning service is excellent, nothing to complain about.
All the staff are respectful and helpful.
There is no restaurant in the hotel. I booked and paid thinking there was a restaurant and buffet but turns out there isn't anything except a room. Every day I asked them what I needed but they didn't have anything. They need to improve. If I knew there was no restaurant, I wouldn't have paid for the room with breakfast. Honestly, the hotel tried to help me as much as they could but what they provided didn't help. They gave me cards to go have breakfast at Starbucks, but the problem is I had to change the phone system to Malaysian to download the cards, which is inconvenient. In the end, I wasted money booking the room with breakfast.
The last thing, after confirming the room you're booking, make sure it doesn't have a bathroom in the bedroom. Imagine sleeping with your partner and in the morning the water makes noise, he washes his face, and doesn't brush his teeth in the bathroom that everyone is used to. You need to tell the hotel if you want a room without a bathroom in the bedroom, with it in the bathroom.

Breakfast is definitely an aspect that could be improved. It is necessary to book it the night before, indicating also the desired time to consume it. The selection of products is rather limited and, furthermore, breakfast is served directly in the room, as the property does not have a dedicated breakfast room.
