In the middle of my stay, suddenly feeling unwell, I was immediately taken care of with a prompt response to the hospital and continued with medical follow-up. At that time, Japanese staff accompanied me to the hospital, provided the necessary support, and I was truly saved from a serious condition. After returning to the hotel, I slowly regained my health, received warm tea and breakfast in my room, and deeply moved by the thoughtful hospitality, I felt deeply emotional. Furthermore, I accidentally left my cell phone in the taxi to the airport after the check-out, but thanks to the swift response of the Japanese staff, I was able to retrieve it in Tokyo without any problems. Even during my trip, the careful assistance of the hotel staff, despite the unexpected incidents, provided a warm and bright connection to the best stay.
