The hotel's location is outstanding, and that is probably what we liked the most about it. It's within walking distance to Bukit Bintang and the old KL tower, while the Petronas Towers are not too far away either. The beds were fine, and the hotel was quiet.
The hotel is somewhat old. The elevator doors can be very temperamental and will either close loudly or glide gently (and anything in between). The elevators also make some uncomfortable noises when moving. All windows are sealed, so there is no way to ventilate the room other than with the air conditioning. The management uses a very strong air freshener in the lobby and corridors, which we found irritating.
