Great location, with a decent hotel. Nice ambiance but room for improvement.

The highlight of the hotel was its location. I preferred staying in Chow Kit instead of Bukit Bintang because it was quieter, more artistic, and close to excellent restaurant options (10-minute walk away). The coffee was the best we had in Malaysia and the staff were friendly. The room was quite clean, the bed and air conditioning were good, and we had a water dispenser right next to our room.

My expectations were higher for dinner, which we only had once. It was okay but not the best considering the high price. The room was small and the bathroom had toothpaste stains from previous guests and was poorly lit. At night, there were motorbikes racing that kept us awake from 2-5am. The hotel lacked pool, spa, or gym facilities; however, I was aware of this when booking.
