Front office staff.
Only one guy (the Malaysian guy) knew what he was doing.
The rest of the front office staff was speaking some strange English.
Tell the hotel to hire fluent English-speaking staff!
Malaysia speaks English and Bahasa Malaysia. These people can't even speak Bahasa Malaysia.
How did they even get a work permit?
