Comfortable bed and pillows, great location with a grocery store and restaurants across from the hotel. The rooftop pool is excellent.
The bathroom is facing another building and the window blinds don't work, making the bathroom dark.

All rooms are excellent - a lovely place, perfect for families and couples.

The staff were friendly and accommodating.
The bed/room was dusty and had a musty smell. Lack of a proper breakfast buffet was disappointing. The packed breakfast was acceptable, but for a 4-star hotel, I anticipate more. The shift toward sustainability and not providing water bottles in the room seems futile considering the amount of plastic used in the packed breakfast. The TV is outdated and not a smart TV - unable to connect to Netflix/streaming. Given the prices they set, I am dissatisfied.
