Apart from the nearby mamak shop, the food was good. The maintenance staff was helpful and offered us a fan.
Nothing in that hotel is neat and user-friendly. We went there for a short vacation and had a terrible experience. The air conditioning was not working, and the receptionist, who seemed to be new, didn't know much.

Limited and challenging car parking especially during late night check-ins.
The hotel is located next to a *nasi kandar* shop that uses up four parking spaces, causing inconvenience.
