Spacious room

Breakfast. Like a 2-star hotel. Bread does not seem to be good quality. Limited Western options. Salad appears to be 3 days old. Presentation is terrible.

Fantastic and spacious rooms with a good range of amenities + Friendly Staff

The friendliness and the attentive approach of the staff.

Particularly the very helpful ladies at the reception were extremely impressive in their service and in providing us with information. They also assisted us with an early check-in and granted a few hours of complimentary access to the lounge with complimentary drinks. The gym and the two swimming pools were all meticulously maintained. The green apples offered after a workout session were a lovely and thoughtful gesture from the hotel staff.

Several cab drivers who were causing unnecessary congestion outside the hotel were uncooperative and unwilling to take us to different tourist spots, so these types of taxis should be kept away from the hotel premises.

The breakfast options were often similar, so it would be beneficial to pay attention to introducing more variety and noticeable changes to the menu. Additionally, more space could be allocated for breakfast in the morning...👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
