Location close to many shops and restaurants - friendly staff
Run-down establishment, non-functional refrigerator, hygiene to be reviewed, to top it off: you are woken up at 7am by jackhammers and construction equipment. Very noisy +++, smell of cigarettes early in the morning through the air conditioning vents.
