The location is not bad. Walk a few steps downstairs and you will arrive at Hextar World across the street.
Waiting for the elevator takes a long time, especially during check-in/check-out periods. The room is overall okay, except for the dust. There is a water heater but it is not installed well, so there is no hot water for showering. The water is too cold.
