Location is central.
Poor communication between staff members. We came for our wedding and they could not have been more unhelpful with things such as letting our vendors in early in the AM or even requesting food to the room, despite giving them fair enough in advance notice , both via booking and in person. Perhaps it may have been our bad luck , but the service was simply abysmal. When we raised a complaint, the duty manager Hayati was very apologetic and offered a late check out and free transportation , which was appreciated.
