RaymundFKI Hotel does not exist and I should get a refund
This hotel is no longer operational and already closed based on the current company hotel which is at the exact location address. They said that many customers go there and are looking for FKI Hotel but it doesn't exist anymore. I hope I get a refund for this very bad experience from trip.com and also please investigate to prevent this from happening to other potential clients.

I am truly disappointed.. when I arrived from far away to check in the hotel is no longer operational.. The booking should alert a bit.. Very disappointed
Memang kecewa..bila sampai dari jauh nak check in hotel tidak beroperasi lagi.. Yg booking ni pon alert la sikit.. Dispointed sgt2
