Spectacular pool and spectacularly unpleasant staff.

The infinity pool is spectacular.

The worst of all is definitely the staff. The girl at the check-in counter couldn't be more unpleasant. I don't understand how someone like that can work facing the public. She was more concerned with fixing her hair and looking at her phone than doing her job. The only pleasant person was the gentleman at the entrance of the pool. The rest were extremely rude. The issue with towels, toilet paper, and basic things for a short stay also leaves a lot to be desired. If it weren't for the spectacular pool and views, they wouldn't have guests.

Professional staff

The property was roomy

Staff were highly professional during the entire stay. There were several regulations in place that may have seemed unnecessary but were intended to ensure a safe environment. There was an incident where we were accidentally locked out of our room without prior notice, but they promptly arrived to unlock it, although they required us to make a deposit according to their policy. We spotted a cockroach in the bathroom on the first day. They were strict about providing extra towels and toiletries. The bed was firm and not very comfortable. The pool view was lovely, but the area was often crowded and chilly. I would not choose to stay here again

I paid a lot and it wasn't worth the money!

There were bed bugs and ants! The pool was cold and the water was very cloudy! It was crowded and people were taking vlogs, so you feel uncomfortable! No reception, just WhatsApp that stops answering after 8pm, so if you have an emergency, you won't get help!
