I sent a message to let them know I would be arriving at night. I had booked a night at this hotel precisely because there was a 24-hour check-in option.
They canceled my reservation due to non-presentation and still charged me. Maybe they could have taken the time to respond to calls and messages. Fortunately, it was 15 euros and not more expensive.

TayfunOne of the most boutique hotels we can stay in Malaysia. The Arabic music and shisha enjoyment in front of it entertained me a lot. You can sit until late at night, it is also in a very central location.
